Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [3–7 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays).


  • Custom items require time for design, production, and quality checks
  • Orders will not be shipped until production is complete
  • You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Estimated delivery times:


  • Standard Shipping: [3–7 business days]
  • Expedited Shipping: [1–3 business days] (if available)

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


4. Shipping Delays

Custom Designs By Champ is not responsible for delays caused by:


  • Shipping carriers (USPS Flat Rate)
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer


5. Incorrect Shipping Information


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.


  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been marked as delivered, Custom Designs By Champ is not responsible for lost or stolen items.


If your package is missing:


  • Check with neighbors or your local post office
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • File a claim with the carrier if necessary


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:


  • Contact us within [2–3 days] of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the issue
  • We will review and provide a replacement if applicable
