  • Payment is required in full before production begins
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order


4. Custom Design Policy



  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs before production
  • Once approved, we are not responsible for errors (spelling, sizing, etc.)
  • Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged



5. Shipping & Delivery



  • Processing time:  3–7 business days]
  • Shipping time varies based on location and carrier
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers


6. Returns & Refunds



  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final
  • Refunds/replacements are only issued if:
    • Item arrives damaged
    • Incorrect item was sent
